Pine Valley is structured with state of the art equipment and has implemented the latest earthworks computer software including GPS survey and layout software. With GPS controlled heavy construction equipment amongst the fleet, the company is able to quantify, effectively schedule and construct a project of any type and any size with a high degree of accuracy.
The company's team of dedicated professionals and tradesmen, along with a successful record of performance, has allowed Pine Valley to pre-qualify, bid and secure work on a variety of prestigious projects. The company's equipment, manpower and technology resources allow it to successfully manage and construct several projects each in excess $1,000,000.00 budgets simultaneously.
The company is equipped to perform the majority of construction services with its own forces. Any portion of work to be sub-contracted is awarded to only the sub-trades with a high degree of ability and reliability.
To ensure safety on the job site, the company is familiar with and in complete compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its latest amendments. Pine Valley appoints competent on-site supervisors/foremen, each having in excess of 10 years of construction experience and enforcement of the OHSA.
Pine Valley will develop a detailed work plan to be reviewed and approved by the stakeholders. The purpose of the plan will be to clearly outline the sequence of tasks to be performed, how they depend on each other, the time frames they will take to complete and the milestones at which reviews are to be performed and decisions and/or approvals made. Pine Valley will commence work immediately after award and execution of contract and in accordance with the project’s schedule. The work plan will be fitted to this schedule. Every effort will be made to identify potential conflicts, resolve such conflicts immediately and re-sequence work accordingly. During the duration of the project, we will proactively schedule the rest of our company’s workload to ensure absolutely no interference with the schedule, cost and design quality of the project
